Is an inquiry binding? No. An inquiry is a first step. An order only arises once you have approved a quote or order confirmation.
How are wholesale prices set? Based on product, quantity, delivery terms and the scope of the partnership. Prices in the online shop apply to retail and are not necessarily the final price for wholesale orders.
Can you source products that are not in your range? In some cases. We look into supplier availability, authenticity, applicable requirements, price and lead time – and get back to you with what is possible.
